About the Painting

Each piece was painted personally by me during the teaching process, offering a rare glimpse into the foundations of my method. These works carry a more gestural, painterly quality, with expressive brushwork and simplified forms that capture the essence and spirit of the subject.

There is an honesty and intimacy to these paintings — they reflect the act of teaching, where clarity, intention, and feeling take precedence over refinement. Many collectors are drawn to this freshness and authenticity, as it reveals the hand of the artist in its purest form.

Each painting has been professionally framed in my signature double frame — the same framing used for my major original works — and is ready to hang.

No prints will ever be made from these paintings, ensuring their exclusivity as one-of-a-kind from Carla Grace.

** tutorial will be gifted to the collector unless it was previously purchased by them. a refund will not be issued if the collector already owns the tutorial.
