- All orders will be sent via AusPost Express
- Delivery dates and timeframes are not guaranteed. Any listed delivery times are estimates.
- Carla Grace Art is not liable for lost, misplaced, delayed, or damaged goods once they’ve been dispatched.
Returns to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal, or customs issues:
- The item may be refunded minus the original postage cost, or
- The item may be resent, provided the customer covers the cost of postage again.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
